Science for Sale: How the US Government Uses Powerful Corporations and Leading Universities to Support Government Policies, Silence Top Scientists, Jeopardize Our Health, and Protect Corporate Profits Hardcover – June 3, 2014
by David L. Lewis PhD (Author)

When Speaker Newt Gingrich greeted Dr. David Lewis in his office overlooking the National Mall, he looked at Dr. Lewis and said: “You know you’re going to be fired for this, don’t you?” “I know,” Dr. Lewis replied, “I just hope to stay out of prison.” Gingrich had just read Dr. Lewis’s commentary inNature, titled “EPA Science: Casualty of Election Politics.” Three years later, and thirty years after Dr. Lewis began working at EPA, he was back in Washington to receive a Science Achievement Award from Administrator Carol Browner for his second article in Nature. By then, EPA had transferred Dr. Lewis to the University of Georgia to await termination—the Agency’s only scientist to ever be lead author on papers published in Nature and Lancet.

The government hires scientists to support its policies; industry hires them to support its business; and universities hire them to bring in grants that are handed out to support government policies and industry practices. Organizations dealing with scientific integrity are designed only to weed out those who commit fraud behind the backs of the institutions where they work. The greatest threat of all is the purposeful corruption of the scientific enterprise by the institutions themselves. The science they create is often only an illusion, designed to deceive; and the scientists they destroy to protect that illusion are often our best. This book is about both, beginning with Dr. Lewis’s experience, and ending with the story of Dr. Andrew Wakefield.

David L. Lewis, PhD, changed dentistry to a heat-sterilization standard worldwide in 1992 when his research at the University of Georgia showed that germicides recommended by the CDC and FDA could not prevent common dental devices from causing sporadic cases of HIV infection. As a veteran microbiologist in EPA’s Office of Research & Development, his medical and environmental research and commentaries on the politics of science have been covered in news articles and documentaries by every major media outlet, from Reader’s Digest to National Geographic.
Plague: One Scientist’s Intrepid Search for the Truth about Human Retroviruses and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), Autism, and Other Diseases Hardcover – November 18, 2014
by Kent Heckenlively  (Author), Judy Mikovits  (Author)

On July 22, 2009, a special meeting was held with twenty-four leading scientists at the National Institutes of Health to discuss early findings that a newly discovered retrovirus was linked to chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), prostate cancer, lymphoma, and eventually neurodevelopmental disorders in children. When Dr. Judy Mikovits finished her presentation the room was silent for a moment, then one of the scientists said, “Oh my God!” The resulting investigation would be like no other in science.

For Dr. Mikovits, a twenty-year veteran of the National Cancer Institute, this was the midpoint of a five-year journey that would start with the founding of the Whittemore-Peterson Institute for Neuro-Immune Disease at the University of Nevada, Reno, and end with her as a witness for the federal government against her former employer, Harvey Whittemore, for illegal campaign contributions to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.

On this journey Dr. Mikovits would face the scientific prejudices against CFS, wander into the minefield that is autism, and through it all struggle to maintain her faith in God and the profession to which she had dedicated her life. This is a story for anybody interested in the peril and promise of science at the very highest levels in our country.

Kent Heckenlively is a former attorney, a founding editor of Age of Autism, and a science teacher. During college Heckenlively worked for US Senator Pete Wilson, and in law school he was a writer and an editor of the school’s law review and spent his summers working for the US Attorney’s Office in San Francisco. Kent and his wife Linda live in Northern California with their two children, Jacqueline and Ben.

Judy Mikovits, PhD, spent twenty years at the National Cancer Institute, working with Dr. Frank Ruscetti, one of the founding fathers of human retrovirology, and has coauthored more than forty scientific papers. For five years she was the research director of the Whittemore-Peterson Institute for Neuro-Immune Disease. Dr. Mikovits lives in Southern California with her husband, David.
Vaccines 2.0: The Careful Parent's Guide to Making Safe Vaccination Choices for Your Family Paperback – February 3, 2015
by Mark Blaxill (Author), Dan Olmsted (Author)

The CDC’s bloated vaccine schedule has doubled since 1988, after the federal government gave pharmaceutical companies immunity from lawsuits. Autism and other childhood disorders like asthma, ADHD, juvenile diabetes and digestive ailments have skyrocketed. And parents are understandably nervous, desperate for objective guidance that takes those concerns seriously.

Vaccines 2.0 looks at the lengthy roster of today’s recommended injections, the documented risks that accompany them, and helps parents choose a schedule based on unbiased, uncensored, unconflicted science. From whether to get a flu shot during pregnancy--and how to avoid dangerous mercury if you do--to the Hep B shot within hours of birth, to the controversial Gardasil vaccine for preteens, Vaccines 2.0/i> provides the tools to decide for yourself.

The three sections cover: Why should you care? What should you know? What can you do? The exclusive Risk-Reward Assessment assigns a numerical score to each of the 14 recommended vaccines. Also included is information on learning to spot, report and treat side effects; talking to your doctor and finding a sympathetic one if you can't, and comparing alternative schedules if you decide to delay or skip shots. When it comes to your child, it's your choice. Vaccines 2.0 will give you the information you need to choose wisely.

As part of his advocacy work, he has testified before the Immunization Safety Review of the Institute of Medicine (2001), served on a Blue Ribbon Panel on Vaccine Safety (2004), initiated a symposium sponsored by the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences entitled  “Environmental Factors in Neurodevelopmental Disorders” (2005) and a workshop sponsored by the Institute of Medicine entitled “Autism and the Environment: Challenges and Opportunities for Research” (2007). He was a panelist at a “Meeting on Evaluating Reasons for ASD Trends” co-sponsored by the Centers for Disease Control and Autism Speaks (2011) and at a hearing “1 in 88 Children: A Look Into the Federal Response to Rising Rates of Autism” called by the House of Representatives’ Oversight and Government Reform Committee (2012).

He received a bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School. The Vaccine Court: The Dark Truth of America's Vaccine Injury Compensation Program Hardcover – November 11, 2014
by Wayne Rohde  (Author)

A hard look at the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program and the families desperately trying to navigate their way through it.

The Vaccine Court looks at the mysterious and often unknown world of the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP), the only recourse for seeking compensation for those who have been injured by a vaccine. The NVICP, better known as the ”Vaccine Court,” however, is not without controversy.

Established by Congress as a direct result of the passage of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, the NVICP was supposed to offer a no-fault alternative to the traditional injury claims filed in state or federal courts and was to provide quick, efficient, and fair compensation for those who have been injured by vaccines. The reality, however, is that many cases take several years or longer to complete and require tremendous commitment from families already pushed to the brink of bankruptcy caring for the vaccine-injured family member, only to discover that the end result is manipulated by the government in defense of the US vaccine policy.

Mr. Rohde looks into the inner workings of the US Federal Claims Court and the NVICP. He interviews families who have filed petitions and won compensation, families who have been denied compensation, and families still waiting for a decision. By highlighting the journeys of these families—their efforts to find attorneys willing to represent them, the filing of their petitions, and the subsequent mountain of paperwork, medical records, and other documents that span years—Mr. Rohde exposes the bitter truth behind the NVICP. Through his thoughtful interviews and fact-finding research, The Vaccine Court sheds light on how the NVICP has evolved into something far more treacherous than what Congress envisioned with the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act in 1986.

Wayne Rohde is a co-founder of Vaccine Safety Council of Minnesota, Autism Advocacy Coalition of Minnesota, and national advisory member of Health Choice.
Wayne has twin sons, age 16, Nicholas and Austin. Nicholas was vaccine injured and later diagnosed with regressive autism. Mr. Rohde has advocated extensively in Minnesota, Oklahoma and nationally for autism health insurance reform, vaccination choice and improved educational, employment and residential services for people with autism.
Wayne lives in Woodbury, Minnesota with his wife and twin sons.
Vaccine Injuries: Documented Adverse Reactions to Vaccines – November 18, 2014

by Lou Conte (Author), Tony Lyons (Author)

Reveals the truth behind the controversial issue of vaccine-related injuries.

Proponents declare that vaccines have saved millions of lives. Critics claim that the success is overstated and that vaccines may even be dangerous. Many consider mandatory vaccinations a violation of individual rights or religious principles. Many in public health argue that vaccine mandates are critical and justified and that antivaccination sentiment has resulted in outbreaks of preventable childhood illnesses. Vaccine critics point to mainstream medicine’s denial of and underreporting of vaccine injury.

Vaccine injuries have happened in the past and continue to happen today, and neither the mainstream medical establishment nor the government has ever fully and transparently addressed the issue of vaccine injury. In the 1980s, the United States addressed individual cases of vaccine injury by establishing the NVICP—the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program—a controversial Department of Health and Human Services program. The NVICP was intended to be “non-adversarial, compassionate, and generous” to vaccine-injury victims. However, many vaccine-injury victims and safety advocates believe that the program is not functioning as intended. There are also concerns that the program is keeping the reality of vaccine injury from public inspection.

Vaccine Injuries, a groundbreaking book in the field, reveals cases of vaccine injury from the NVICP—something that has never been offered to the public—and lets readers asses vaccine injuries for themselves.

The Autism War: A Novel Hardcover – April 1, 2014
by Louis Conte (Author)

Tony Colletti, a good suburban cop and father of a child with autism, finds himself drawn into the controversy over the apparent but rarely acknowledged connection between childhood vaccines and autism. His quest to uncover the truth forces him to risk all he holds dear while confronting corrupt government officials, the powerful pharmaceutical industry, and disturbing elements of his own past. Even while holding down his job and dealing with family crises, Colletti spearheads the drive to contend with industrial espionage, Russian gangsters, and sexual predators preying upon disabled children. He and his colleagues face powerful government and private factions that manipulate the media, fabricate scientific research, conduct shadowy judicial proceedings, and viciously attack those who question vaccine safety.

In this gripping novel, government and industry have formed an unholy alliance that places profit ahead of children’s health, one that compels ordinary Americans to fight back to protect their families and the ideals of justice. In the tradition of Ibsen’s An Enemy of the People and echoing the infamous Minamata, Japan, mercury poisoning tragedy, The Autism War reminds us how a handful of dedicated citizens armed with convincing evidence can prevail over a complacent majority and overwhelming odds.

Louis Conte is a law enforcement officer and independent investigator with the Westchester County (NY) Department of Probation. As a leading advocate for people with autism, he has championed their cause in state capitols and Washington, DC. He was the lead investigator for and coauthor of a seminal paper on the autism-vaccine controversy, “Unanswered Questions from the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program: A Review of Compensated Cases of Vaccine-Induced Brain Injury,” in the Pace Environmental Law Review, which found that the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program compensated many children with autism for vaccine-induced brain damage while declaring no link between vaccines and autism. Conte lives in Pleasantville, New York, with his wife, Andrea, and their three sons, Thomas, Sam, and Louie.
The Big Autism Cover-Up: How and Why the Media Is Lying to the American Public Hardcover – November 18, 2014
by Anne Dachel  (Author)

An unflinching look at the truth behind the media’s lies about autism.

Autism now affects two percent of U.S. children. A once rare disorder is now so common that everyone knows someone with an affected child. Yet neither mainstream doctors nor government officials can tell the American public what is behind the staggering rise in diagnoses.

The Big Autism Cover-Up explores how news outlets downplay the impact of autism while backing the official denial of any link between the disorder and vaccines. Despite never honestly and thoroughly investigating the link, mainstream news sources continue to challenge those who question the safety of vaccines and the mounting evidence that an unchecked, unsafe vaccination schedule is behind the exponential increase in autism.

Anne Dachel has spent the last ten years monitoring how the press covers autism. She’s seen the media promote the unrelenting message from health officials that autism hasn’t really increased, that it is simply a matter of better diagnosing of a disorder that’s always been around. Meanwhile, autism remains a perpetual mystery and scientists continue to guess at the genetic and environmental triggers.

Officially there is no known cause or cure for autism. There’s nothing a new mother can do to prevent a baby that was born healthy and is developing normally from regressing into autism by the age of two. Despite this, officials rarely express concern and adamantly refuse to call autism a crisis. The Big Autism Cover-Up exposes this controversy in searing detail.

Vaccine Epidemic: How Corporate Greed, Biased Science, and Coercive Government Threaten Our Human Rights, Our Health, and Our Children Paperback – September 1, 2012
by Louise Kuo Habakus  (Editor), Mary Holland  (Editor), Kim Mack Rosenberg (Editor)

Public health officials state that vaccines are safe and effective, but the truth is far more complicated. Vaccination is a serious medical intervention that always carries the potential to injure and cause death as well as to prevent disease. Coercive vaccination policies deprive people of free and informed consent—the hallmark of ethical medicine. Americans are increasingly concerned about vaccine safety and the right to make individual, informed choices together with their healthcare practitioners. Vaccine Epidemic focuses on the searing debate surrounding individual and parental vaccination choice in the United States.

Habakus, Holland, and Rosenberg edit and introduce a diverse array of interrelated topics concerning the explosive vaccine controversy, including the ethics of vaccination mandates, corrupting conflicts of interest in the national vaccine program, and personal narratives of parents, children, and soldiers who have suffered vaccine injury.

Newly updated with additional chapters focusing on institutional scientific misconduct, mandates for healthcare workers, concerns about HPV vaccine development, and the story behind the Supreme Court’s recent vaccine decision, Vaccine Epidemic remains the essential handbook for the vaccination choice movement and required reading for all people contemplating vaccination for themselves and their children.

Yekra Player

Yekra is a revolutionary new distribution network for feature films.

The hidden story about vaccines, autism, drugs and food… Americas health has been BOUGHT. Your health, your family’s health. Now brought to you by Wall Street… “If you thought they hurt us with the banks, wait till you see what they’re doing to health care.” Vaccines. GMOs. Big Pharma. Three big, BIG, okay… HUGE topics in one film. Why? Why not 3 films, why put all this in one movie? Great question, 2 answers. 1st and most importantly: We need to band together. We need a mainstream film, not another radical movie that only interests the “already converted”. Over 5 million people supported Prop 37 in CA. Reportedly, over 2 million worl...ndustrialized food, our insane vaccine expansion, and our love affair with pharmaceuticals- it’s the same villain. It’s a risky story to tell, but would be a tragedy to passively consent to with silence. There is something horribly wrong with health care today. Huge money, billions and billions of dollars flowing into the same pockets. Meanwhile, MD’s aren’t being allowed to actually practice the art of medicine and anyone who questions vaccination safety, pharmaceuticals, factory farms, etc. is ridiculed and belittled. Meanwhile, the billions keep flowing, carried on a river of pain and anguish. Huge corporations funded by individual misery, one broken life at a time. Three huge stories, each worthy of multiple films, but each brought together by one staggering fact: it’s the same villain. These three story lines converge on Wall Street, in a tale of corruption, greed and shocking lack of conscience.

Hollywood Actor Targeted for Raising Concerns about Vaccine Safety and Efficacy
Written by The Canary Party
Monday, 29 September 2014 02:33

Christof Lehmann (nsnbc) : Hollywood actor Rob Schneider got first-hand experience about the fact that corporate capitalism is not democracy and that publicly raising concerns about vaccine safety and efficacy issues results in a swift lesson about the fact that freedom of speech is a right that is mitigated by the fact that one’s livelihood and income may be threatened by addressing issues of concern for a multi-billion dollar per year vaccine industry.  Freedom of Speech exists in these United States. That is, if one can afford Unemployment

The U.S. insurance giant State Farm dropped Rob Schneider after the actor publicly raised concerns about well-known and well documented vaccine safety and efficacy issues, and in response to what appears to be a concerted and well-organized effort by pro-vaccine lobbies who urged State Farm to drop its association with the renown Hollywood actor and comedian.

The pro-vaccination lobbies social media sites, including Food Hunk, Science Babe and Chow Babe denounced Schneider of promoting pseudo-scientific claims and lobbied State Farm insurance policy holders to contact the insurance giant to demand that State Farm stop hiring someone who publicly states “dangerous opinions” about the issue. Chow Babe released a video, calling on the public to “stem the modern anti-technology tide”, and that it is time to end the “anti-vaccination movement”.

Positioning scientists, activists and celebrities who are raising awareness about serious vaccine safety issues as “anti-progress” or as “anti-vaccine” movement is a common strategy used by the pharma industry and the often industry-sponsored pro-vaccination lobbies.

The fact is, that the vast majority of the scientists, activists and organizations who are warning about vaccinations are not necessarily against vaccinations as such, but against serious vaccine safety issues, flawed ethics, incestuous relationships between the pharma industry and regulators, science by proclamation, and the systematic oppression of scientists and medical doctors who are pointing out these flaws.

Canary Party Co-Founder Ginger Taylor's Op Ed on Why Parents Are Refusing Vaccines
Written by The Canary Party
Tuesday, 02 September 2014 18:06

All too often, those attempting to openly discuss the problems and failures of the US National Immunization Program are misrepresented in the media.  Such was the case with Canary Party Co-Founder, Ginger Taylor, in a story printed last month on vaccine refusal in her home state of Maine.  However, while misrepresentation is common, being given the opportunity to set the record straight in such cases is rare. Today the Portland Press Herald printed her response in an Op Ed.

We hope that you will comment on the story and share with your friends.

Maine Voices: Breakdown in accountability at heart of decline in vaccinations

Opposition to the current U.S. vaccination program is based on its failures, denial and bad law and policy.

BRUNSWICK — I was interviewed for an Aug. 9 front-page article by Joe Lawlor, titled “More Maine families are skipping or delaying childhood vaccines.” What was published was a complete misrepresentation of the interview I gave him.

As I told Mr. Lawlor, I’m neither anti-vaccine nor opposed to vaccination, and I vaccinated my children. My opposition is to the current U.S. vaccine program, which has become corrupted by bad law and policy, the failure to disclose known risks to families, the failure to pre-screen children who are showing symptoms that they are at risk for vaccine reactions and the denial of vaccine injury cases – rather than the proper recognition, diagnoses and treatment of vaccine-injured children.

In 1986, Congress gave liability protection to all vaccine interests – pharmaceutical companies, government agencies, doctors, nurses, etc. – so no one in this country can sue for vaccine injuries or deaths. As a result of this disregard of Americans’ Seventh Amendment rights, a vaccine injury case hasn’t been brought before a jury in almost 30 years, there is no longer accountability in vaccine safety and the vaccine program has fallen into massive corruption.

The effectiveness of vaccines is overstated, safety claims made are overstated and parents no longer get accurate risk information. Instead, vaccine consumers are offered a single sheet of information in the doctor’s office that leaves out almost all of the side effects listed on the vaccine package insert, on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Vaccine Injury Table and the disorders that HHS has concluded can be caused by a given vaccine.

Doctors are not trained on federal guidelines for vaccine injury, nor are they required to know the side effects listed on the vaccine package insert. Therefore, few physicians know how to recognize adverse reactions in their patients. As a result, such cases are usually ignored or misdiagnosed and are rarely properly medically assessed, and patients can become victims of medical neglect for a lifetime.

Further, the vaccine schedule has tripled since 1986, so a child born today will receive more doses of vaccine by the time he’s 6 months old than I did by the time I went to college. There is almost no long-term safety testing of vaccines, and no safety testing of the overloaded schedule as a whole.

This breakdown in the U.S. vaccine program’s accountability to consumers is at the heart of the country’s decline in vaccinations, because when parents take the time to look into physicians’ safety claims, they find they’re being given incorrect and biased information.

Case in point: The claim that the vaccine-autism controversy began as the result of one debunked study is utter misinformation. In fact, more than 80 research papers demonstrate the associations between vaccines and autism, and the mechanisms by which vaccines can cause autism.

When Mr. Lawlor asked me why I believed my son was vaccine-injured, I directed him to the HHS Vaccine Injury Compensation Table and walked him through the symptoms of pertussis-vaccine-induced “encephalopathy,” the medical term for brain damage, which my son exhibited following his 18-month shots:

  •  Decreased or absent response to environment (responds, if at all, only to loud voice or painful stimuli).
  •  Decreased or absent eye contact (does not fix gaze upon family members or other individuals).
  •  Inconsistent or absent responses to external stimuli (does not recognize familiar people or things).

My son’s case is not unusual. Because few doctors have ever read the federal vaccine injury table, children exhibiting symptoms of vaccine-induced brain damage are often diagnosed with “autism” without ever being evaluated for this vaccine reaction.

The Press Herald has published a follow-up article and an editorial that make clear its agenda is to not investigate and report the facts on this issue, but to coerce families who have safety concerns into vaccinating according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s recommended schedule – against their better judgment, by removing their legal right to exercise informed consent in medicine.

Parents are not declining vaccines because of Jenny McCarthy or because of a 15-year-old British research paper. Parents are justifiably hesitant because the vaccine program has become overly aggressive, dosing is one-size-fits-all, promoters don’t disclose true risks to patients and program managers are not taking responsibility for helping the countless children and adults who have serious adverse vaccine reactions. Parents like me found out the hard way that once your child suffers a vaccine injury, you are on your own.

— Special to the Press Herald

Congressman Bill Posey Investigates CDC Whistleblower Claims
Written by The Canary Party
Wednesday, 27 August 2014 03:55

Last week news broke in the autism community that someone from the upper ranks of the CDC's vaccine research program had finally come clean and admitted that research being published on the vaccine autism link has not been earnest.  He expressed deep regret and guilt at taking part in burying the link between the MMR and a high rate of autism in black males, by means of excluding any African American boys from the study who did not have a Georgia birth certificate.

In a phone call with autism dad and research scientist, Brian Hooker, Thompson said, “Oh my God, I did not believe that we did what we did, but we did. It’s all there. This is the lowest point in my career, that I went along with that paper. I have great shame now when I meet families of kids with autism, because I have been part of the problem.”

The story has grown for a week, parents and advocacy organizations are furious, but as of yet, no mainstream media source has carried the story.

The Canary Party thanks Dr. Thompson for acting on his conscience and for being willing to expose this injustice against our children.

Now Bill Posey (FL) has again stepped up and is investigating the allegations made by Dr. Thompson.  We are thrilled that he is taking on this crucial matter and we are urging all members of congress to join Congressman Posey in the investigation into the #CDCwhistleblower claims.

Please contact your members of Congress TODAY (http://whoismyrepresentative.com/), and tell them that:

 - A senior scientist at the CDC has turned whistleblower and has turned over documents showing that CDC has been hiding links between vaccines in autism that they have found during their research.

- That Congressman Bill Posey is currently investigating the fraud.

- That you want your Representative join Congressman Posey in holding hearings on the malfeasance that Dr. Thompson has brought to light.

Additionally, please post the iReport on this story on the facebook page of Congressional representatives, as well as tweeting the story to them using the hashtag #CDCwhistleblower

Rob Schneider Demands Answers on CDC MMR Fraud
Written by The Canary Party
Sunday, 24 August 2014 14:59

In light of the revelation that Dr. William Thompson, senior scientiest at CDC, has admitted guilt in hiding data that found that black males are 340% more likely to have an autism diagnosis when given the MMR before age 3, Rob Schneider has written to the office of the Governor of California, Jerry Brown, to assure himself that Brown is aware of the fraud, and to demand answers and actions to protect California children.

Dear Ms. Park,

This is Rob Schneider. I want to first thank you for calling me several years ago when Governor Brown signed into law AB2109, the requirement for all parents of school children to have to "be counseled" to get a Doctor's note in order to obtain a vaccine exemption to attend public school in California.

As you may or may or not know this has caused hardships all over the state as Doctors have refused to meet with parents who want the exemption form signed and families who have been threatened with or have been kicked out of medical practices for not going along with the exact Vaccine schedule, currently 49 shots of over 16 different Vaccines before the age of Six Years old. This in spite of a family's objections whose child may have had another sibling that had a bad reaction to a particular Vaccine.

This policy of one size fits all Vaccine schedule for every child is as absurd as giving the same eye prescription glasses to every child. The fact is EVERY CHILD IS DIFFERENT and there is currently NO SYSTEM or thought to which child could be more susceptible to adverse reactions including permanent injury and death from any Vaccine or Vaccine ingredients.

Since I have opposed this undemocratic and onerous legislation (and Law) from its inception, I have kept up on how it has affected families in California. Now there is more reason than ever to be concerned, even outraged, by the CDC and by AB 2109.

A top Scientist and Researcher for the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Dr. William Thompson PHD, who did the major research safety study for the Measles Mumps and Rubella Vaccine (MMR) has come forward as a whistleblower and admitted that the MMR study was in fact fraudulent. (I have attached a link of the news story from CNN for your convenience).

As a concerned citizen of the State of California, I feel compelled to share with you proof the CDC committed fraud (I have copies of the original CDC report that was later suppressed and fraudulently changed). One disturbing disclosure, AFRICAN AMERICAN CHILDREN were and still are THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY PERCENT more likely to develop Autism under the current Vaccine MMR schedule. This according to the original CDC study in 2001.

My question to you and Governor Brown is, how many children in California in the last thirteen years since this report have been hurt? How many children in the US have been permanently damaged?

Lastly, how many MORE children will be needlessly injured because of the bill Governor Brown signed?

Before I pay for advertisements in News outlets, Sacramento Bee, etc, I would like to hear what Governor Brown has to say in light of this new information.

This letter is being sent to my Representative in Congress, Congressman Sherman and to my friend Congressman Posey of Florida and to both our State Senators as well as to other media outlets.

I await your call or email and Governor Brown's prompt response.

The children of California deserve nothing less.

    Rob Schneider

Laura Hayes, California mother and member of the Executive Leadership Team of HealthChoice.org, followed up on Mr. Schneider's email, by notifying the Governor's office of additional malfeasance that members of the public have wanted investigated and properly addressed for many years, and again requested that the parents be allowed to exercise their right to full and informed consent in vaccination in the state of California, by repealing coersive school vaccine mandate law.

Dear All,

Thank you, Mr. Schneider, for bringing this critically-important news to Governor Brown's attention.  Truly unbelievable, but unfortunately not surprising, that mainstream media hasn't made this their top story since the release of the CDC whistleblower video.

Those of us who have been trying to bring forth the lies being told and perpetuated by the CDC know this latest revelation is but one of many CDC cover-ups.  There is also the transcript from the CDC-sponsored meeting in Simpsonwood, GA, in 2000, at which data was presented clearly demonstrating the link between the thimerosal (mercury) in vaccines and autism, in addition to its link to other developmental delays and disorders.  This information was never shared with the public.  http://www.safeminds.org/government-affairs/foia/Simpsonwood_Transcript.pdf

There is also the review of the NVICP, which revealed that the government had indeed been compensating cases of vaccine-induced autism for well over 2 decades, despite CDC representatives claiming publicly that such a case had never been compensated.  http://www.ebcala.org/unanswered-questions

There is also the CDC cover-up of what they found in Brick Township, NJ, back in the late '90s.  They discovered a vaccine link to the epidemic numbers of young children with autism in Brick Township, NJ.  True to form, they left after their investigation without a word to the townspeople, never to reveal what they discovered.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tff7kXPoNxY

There is also the CDC's continual citing of a study done by one of the FBI's Most Wanted Criminals, Paul Thorsen.  Despite stealing the grant money given to him by the U.S., his study is still cited, as though it was valid (his study said there was no link between thimerosal and autism).  http://www.justice.gov/usao/gan/press/2011/04-13-11.html

Many of these items, among other important issues, are covered in a "back to school" article I recently wrote:  http://www.ageofautism.com/2014/08/i-have-decided-to-vaccinate-my-child-because.html

I sincerely hope that you will respond promptly to Mr. Schneider. I also hope that Governor Brown will make it a priority to overturn AB2109 and AB499, both of which he signed into law.
